So er, happy imminent holidays good sirs and sirettes!

Also, I cleared out my unread messages - I probably replied to most of them, but for some reason they lingered around in my messages collection. If not, I apologize for not replying! Also apologies if I replied to any twice

I'm also unable to continue the Henry Gibson "memorial" since my laptop hard drive died a couple weeks ago and I can't afford to get a new one until I finish my current software project (part of which needs my laptop, go figure)

However, all is not lost, I'm doing what I can on my Fedora server which has momentarily been converted into my desktop - sitting on the coffee table in the lounge, since I couldn't be bothered sorting out my desk to sit at.
I'm also nearly finished one of my bigger (software) projects, and polishing up a few of my smaller projects (it just so happened my bigger project is dependant on the little ones)

Along with the finishing of these, I'll probably have a crack at re-working my websites, and then hopefully have a new hard drive by the new year, and I can start finishing the stuff I needed to do on my laptop (thankfully, I have a full image backup taken _THE DAY BEFORE_ the hardware diagnostics started screaming at me)

*edit* I haven't removed the deviations on my watchlist, I currently have 254 I'll be looking through at some point to pick out favourites.

I just noticed my last journal entry was over a year ago.

After all these what 3 years? maybe.. dunno have to look again.
It's been a very long time, I feel old
